1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on pkzz, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The age information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

1.2 Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkzz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before processing withdrawals or when required for security purposes, we may request a national ID card, passport or other documents. Transactions may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

pkzz offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made for the first time after registration.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• pkzz reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time. Applicable notice will be given in the event of changes.

3.3 VIP Program

pkzz's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback — entry level.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback — for regular players.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback — for experienced players.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback — the highest tier. Exclusive benefits for dedicated players.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on consistency of play and loyalty to the platform. pkzz reserves the final right to determine and change VIP tier status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkzz platform:

• Gaining unfair advantage through any form of fraud, deception or manipulation.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other unauthorized technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Intentional manipulation to meet bonus conditions or abusing the system (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Harassment, abuse or harmful behavior toward other users.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on pkzz systems or networks.
• Using another person's account or stealing their information.

For any of the above violations, pkzz reserves the right to close the account, seize funds and take legal action without prior notice.

All content on the pkzz.lat website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the exclusive property of pkzz and is protected by copyright law.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Viewing and using site content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Use of specific materials with the express written permission of pkzz.

5.2 Prohibited Use

• Reusing or modifying pkzz logos, trademarks or content without permission.
• Using or distributing any site materials for commercial purposes.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer or modify pkzz game software.
